“Tea to Keep the Ol’ Pipes Goin’”: hot water, lemon juice, ginger, honey and a dash of cayenne pepper
You can also use lemon tea or lemon-ginger tea.
Have a respiratory ailment?!: Get an eye dropper and mix 20 drops tea tree oil + 10 drops eucalyptus + 6 drops peppermint oil. Put a few drops of the mixture on a cotton ball, or something similar, and sniff!
