EXHIBITION DETAILS

This information is an abridged version of your email from last week. Everyone is welcome to attend both Exhibition performances. This is a free, non-ticketed event.

MONDAY CLASSES

Classes performing in Exhibition (in this order):

  • Beginner Tap 

  • Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Tap 

  • Addams Family Revue for Tweens

  • Addams Family Revue for Youngers (performing w/ Tweens)

  • Design for the Stage: Props - will have a display in the lobby

Exhibition will be one performance, we will not be taking long breaks in between classes for dismissals to take place. This performance will last approx. 45 minutes.

STUDENT ARRIVAL:  Doors will open for students in classes listed above beginning at 5:45pm.  Students must be in class by 6pm and arrive with:

  • Their performance hair and make up complete.

  • Their appropriate performance attire on, there will be no time to change.

  • Any owned costume pieces and/or accessories that they've been asked to provide for themselves.

  • A filled water bottle. There will be no snack break this night, so please plan accordingly.

  • Scripts (if provided for their class) must be returned.

GUEST ARRIVAL:  Doors will open for families and guests at 7pm.  The performance will begin promptly at 7:15pm and last approx. 45 minutes.

THURSDAY CLASSES

Classes performing in Exhibition (in this order):

  • Beginning Acting for Adults

  • Learning to Harmonize

  • Design for the Stage: Props - will have a display in the lobby

Exhibition will be one performance, we will not be taking long breaks in between classes, to allow for dismissals.  This performance will last approx. 40 minutes.

** PLEASE TAKE NOTE **

MEDIA PACKAGE:  Student families ONLY may purchase a media package.  By purchasing a Media Package, you will be provided with a link to Dropbox folders containing the following:

  • Photos from Exhibition rehearsals (both Monday and Thursday classes)

  • Video from the Exhibition performances (both Monday and Thursday classes)

The Media Package is $20.  You may place your order with Mrs. Bowman at drop off or pick up during classes Nov. 11th and Nov. 14th or during Exhibitions in the lobby.  Payment is due at the time your order is placed.  The link will be sent out in early December.

CONCESSIONS:  We will have Concessions for sale in the lobby...along with the Prize Wheel!  All proceeds go right back into Lovegood's programming.  Cash and credit cards accepted ($5 minimum for credit cards).

WINE DONATIONS:   We are collecting wine donations for our annual Gala in December for our Wine Pull.  Bottles will be bagged up, and offered at a set price per bottle during the event.  We are accepting red and white wines of varying prices and type, so your donations could be a mixture.

If you enjoy wine, belong to a winery, just have wine lying around that you were gifted and will not drink, and/or would like to donate a bottle or two (or more, there's no limit) to our Gala we'll happily accept them!  

Donations may be brought to class drop off and the week of Exhibitions.  Please give them to Mrs. Bowman at check in, or at the Concessions table in the lobby.  If you have any questions about this, please reach out to Mrs. Bowman.
