Gala Tech Week!

Hey y’all! Our time is at hand!

So Dress Rehearsals will start Wednesday at 5, our schedule is…..

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 5:00 - 8:00

If your name is: William, Hazel, Henry, Carter, Veronica, Akira, Francesca you will be done by 7pm (however we won’t kick you out if you need to wait for siblings.)

Since I will be onstage for the Gala, Maryann will be our point person for all the things during the week and day of! Check in and out, if there’s an emergency and you need to get ahold of your student or if you are running late please let her know, (503) 459-6330 Save her number now so you know it’s her if she calls!

Please bring all your costumes Wednesday to hang and leave at the theater. Come with your hair and makeup done. Wear unders under your street clothes (if you don’t know what these are email brooke.flood@lovegood.company) bring a box with your makeup and hair stuff, high protein/easy to eat snacks and show shoes.

*A difference from mainstage shows - there will be NO use of the kitchen! We will not have cups nor use of the fridge counters microwave etc.

We will be running the full Gala with the in between talking, mics, lights and everything! So buckle up!

Please watch video’s and practice with tracks, there are new videos! The more practice the more prepared you will be, the smoother it will go!
