Performance Details

Friday, July 19th is performance day!

• The performance is FREE and you may invite as many guests as you’d like.

• Doors will open to families and guests at 2:15pm.

  • Seating is first come, first serve.

  • Booster seats are available, just inside the House doors, if needed.

  • We do have a handicapped entrance ramp at the front of the building.

• Performance starts promptly at 2:30pm and will last approx. 40 minutes in total.

  • Due to our licensing agreement, The videotaping or other video or audio recording of this production is strictly prohibited.

  • There will be a 15-minute Meet & Greet session outside in the breezeway after the performance.

    • Photos of your students are welcome at that time.

• Students will be dismissed after Meet & Greet is over.

  • Please plan to return all Lovegood props and accessory items to the Directors before leaving.

  • Students must Check Out from the classroom with a Lovegood Staff member.
