For those of you that were unable to attend the meeting on Monday 3/11, here is a recap:

TUITION

If you have not yet made your tuition payment for show participation, please take care of that ASAP!
- Cast - $100
- Crew - $50

WELCOME PACKET

Please read this Welcome Packet in it’s entirety.
Students and Parents/Guardians are responsible for this information.
- Cast students, you will receive your packet at rehearsal on Wednesday 3/13.
If you have questions about any content in this packet, please reach out and ask!

REMIND

The Callboard will be our main communication tool. However, in the event of an emergency, inclement weather, change in rehearsal plans, etc…we will use REMIND to send a text alert. Follow the directions in your Welcome Packet to sign up!

GOOGLE CALENDAR

For those interested, we will have a Google Calendar available. You can subscribe to this calendar and sync it with your personal calendar. More details on this will be shared soon.

PRODUCTION TEAMS

Production Teams are posted on the Callboard, under the Teams category. If you are a Parent/Guardian of a Cast/Crew student and you don’t see your name listed we need to hear back from you! You should have an email in your inbox on how to complete this process. Many hands make light work and it takes a village to produce a successful musical! We need you!!
- TEAM LEADS:
  - You will be receiving show specific team information from Mr. Aldrete soon.
  - You will also be provided with a contact list for your team members from Mrs. Bowman soon.

DETAILED REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

A detailed rehearsal schedule has been posted on the Callboard, under the Schedules category.
- NOTE: We’ve added a PICK UP REHEARSAL on Saturday, April 6th from 10am - 3pm at Lovegood Performing Arts Company. Be sure to mark your calendars.
