A Note From Mr. Aldrete:

Hello, Crew of Schoolhouse Rock:

I wanted to make sure you got the rest of the dates for the crew call times. Like I said at the beginning, Crew is not called every rehearsal. Below you will see when we will have a meeting to go over the materials gathered and the progress of these things. I will also be emailing the Production Teams with their mood boards of what we are building/ gathering/ purchasing for the show.

With the run of the show, we would appreciate as much work you can put into preparing for the show. If you are on Run Crew, then a lot of your responsibilities will be explained during Tech Week. I know it’s last minute, but if I can have a brief meeting with Crew tomorrow (3/21) after school, I will give you guidelines and show you what the show is going to look like.

CREW SCHEDULE

  • March 21st after school till 4pm (latest) at FBHS

  • April 11th after school till 4pm at FBHS

  • April 18th after school till 4pm at FBHS

  • Tech Week at Lovegood Performing Arts Company

    • Monday, April 22nd from 5pm - 9pm

    • Tuesday, April 23rd from 5pm - 9pm

    • Wednesday, April 24th from 5pm - 9pm

    • Thursday, April 25th from 5pm - 9pm

  • Performances at Lovegood Performing Arts Company

    • Friday, April 26th - Call Time TBD

      • Performance at 6:30pm

    • Saturday, April 27th - Call Time TBD

      • Performance at 11am

      • Performance at 4pm

    • Sunday, April 28th - Call Time TBD

      • Performance at 4pm
