Improv II
“The rules of improvisation apply beautifully to life. Never say no - you have to be interested to be interesting, and your job is to support your partners.” - Scott Adsit
Improv is the practice of instinct, communication and play. No matter what age you are or how many classes you’ve taken you can always learn more layers of the trade. In Improv II we will continue on the lessons and curriculum learned in the beginning class and dig deeper into the /why/ of improv.
Why is it important we have an arsenal of characters to play with?
Why is it important to establish a prop and not walk through it?
Why is it important to lose all abandon and embarrassment and allow ourselves to try new things?
Come find out in Improv II!
We are excited to offer this guaranteed performance opportunity for students aged 8-22 who have taken Improv I.
This class will meet Thursdays from 6:45pm-8:45pm and will perform at an unticketed Exhibition on Thursday, March 21.
Whether you are a returning student or new to the team, thank you for helping us to entertain, educate, and inspire!
