Easy Street: Broadway’s Take on the Almighty Dollar

Production Class for ages 12-22

Classes Start January 3.

Last day to Register is January 14.

Join us for this musical theater revue class titled Easy Street: Broadway’s Take on the Almighty Dollar. You will learn and perform songs from In the Heights, Annie, Fiddler on the Roof, 42nd St, and more. Broadway has always had a lot to say about the almighty dollar, so come enjoy dancing and singing to some of these classic money songs! The class will culminate in an exhibition performance of all of the songs learned during the class. We are excited to to offer a guaranteed performance opportunity for students aged 12-22.

You can take one or both revue nights:

  • Monday from 6-8pm will focus on dance and voice and be instructed by Grace Thompson

  • Thursday from 6-8pm will focus on acting and voice and will be instructed by Evan Aldrete

Both classes will perform twice, on March 14 and March 17.

Whether you are a returning student or new to the team, thank you for helping us to entertain, educate, and inspire!

All families are encouraged to review some of the new things you will experience this season. This is especially important for those who did shows with Journey.

Production Class Tuition

The tuition for this production class with early bird registration will be $295. With standard registration it will be $320. In addition, there will be a production fee of $10. This production fee allows us to pay royalties to put on the show and provides a budget for supplies such as props and costumes.

For students also registered for additional class(es) and/or our Main Stage Show the show tuition (but not the production fee) will be reduced based on the automatic tuition scholarship (10-40%).

The more class and show participation in a single household the higher the automatic tuition scholarship is, with a cap of 40%.

See the bottom of this page for more details on our automatic tuition scholarships and other need based scholarship opportunities
