Next Level Vocals
Musical theatre requires singers to have flexibility within their range and the ability to use their vocal registers in a way that meets the stylistic requirements of a song. Using vocal exercises and a variety of musical theatre repertoire, this class will help you:
Learn how to find your head and chest registers, which can lead to an increased range.
Learn exercises to help blend your head and chest voice in those tricky break areas.
Experiment with mixing head and chest registers to create a powerful, sustainable tone.
Experiment with belting styles and when to use them.
If you are ready to take your vocal ability to the next level, join this spring’s voice class!
We are excited to offer this no prerequisite, guaranteed performance opportunity (but performance not required) for students all ages 10+.
This class will meet Saturdays from 9am-11am and will perform at an unticketed Exhibition on Saturday, May 25.
