Rehearsal & Performance Schedule (Cast and Crew)
Producing a successful musical is very rewarding, but it requires a lot of hard work and dedication. Theater is just like any team sport: all the players are important and when one performer is missing, it affects everyone. Before auditioning for the show, please make sure that you are aware of the large commitment involved in participating in this production.
We anticipate releasing the rehearsal schedule with the cast list. Cast/Crew must attend all of their scheduled rehearsals, however, please note that not all Cast/Crew will be needed for each rehearsal. A student’s individual rehearsal schedule will be based on the role that he or she is playing in the production. We hope to get a full rehearsal schedule to cast and crew as quickly as possible. Please note, however, if a student is not called for a particular rehearsal, that is not listed as a conflict for that student, do not make any non-movable plans for that time block. Schedules can and do change depending on the needs of the show, and unless a conflict is listed on the student’s Audition Form, we assume the student is available during all rehearsal blocks. Crew will typically be called to fewer rehearsals than cast until the end of the rehearsal process.
Generally rehearsal blocks will be Mondays from 3:15-6pm, Wednesdays from 3:15-4:45pm and Thursdays from 3:15pm-6pm. There will be no scheduled rehearsal during spring break, however, we may schedule optional pick up rehearsals that week.
Tech/Dress Week: All Tech/Dress rehearsals will be held at Lovegood Performing Arts Company 16260 NW Bronson Road, Beaverton, OR 97006. All cast/crew students should be available for these dates:
Monday, April 22, 2024 from 5pm - 9pm
Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 5pm - 9pm
Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from 5pm - 9pm
Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 5pm - 9pm
Performance Dates: All performances will be held at Lovegood Performing Arts Company 16260 NW Bronson Road, Beaverton, OR 97006. Student Call times are TBD but will likely be approximately 1-2 hours before the first performance time.
